John completed the BA Law and LLB degrees at Stellenbosch University, was admitted as an attorney in 1981 and joined Walkers in 1984. John’s practice includes township establishment, commercial, industrial and retail centric property developments. He played a key role in the revitalisation of the Cape Town CBD through the conversion of large office blocks to upmarket sectional title mixed-use schemes. He acts for various listed and unlisted Property Investment and Development Companies, major banks and private individuals. |
