Andrew completed his BA LLB and Higher Diploma in Tax Law at Wits and was admitted as an attorney in 1972. He spent some years overseas and joined Bowman Gilfillan Inc in Johannesburg in 1977, remaining with them until the end of 1996 when he moved to Cape Town and opened his own practice. He joined Walkers in September 2006 and specialises in Estate, Fiscal and Tax Planning. He has spoken at seminars and written numerous articles on these topics and is a member of the Law Society Sub-Committee of Wills, Estates and Trusts. He has been appointed a Chairman of the Cape Town Tax Appeal Board. |
