Renier matriculated at Paarl Boys' High in 2004 and obtained the degrees BA(Law) and LLB at Stellenbosch University. At university he participated widely in student life, being elected Primarius of Simonsberg Men's Residence and was involved in re-writing the Disciplinary Code for students during 2008-2009. He commenced articles at Walkers in 2010. His special area of interest is Contract and Commercial Law.

Richard matriculated from Wynberg Boys' High School in 2001 where he was chairman of numerous interest groups as well co-editor of the school magazine. Richard obtained the degrees of BSoSci (Psychology and Political Studies) and LLB from the University of Cape Town. He has a keen interest in current affairs and sports. Richard commenced articles at Walkers in 2009. His special areas of interest include contract and commercial law as well as general litigation.

Lauren matriculated at Pinelands High School in 2005. She studied at the University of the Western Cape where she obtained her LLB degree in 2009. At University she played basketball in 2006 and thereafter actively supported the team. She also served the community by working in the UWC Legal Aid Clinic in 2009 where she assisted indigent clients. She commenced her articles at Walkers in 2010. Her areas of interest are Commercial Law, Family Law and Labour Law.
