Kamlesh Ker

Kamlesh obtained degrees in Social Science and Law through UNISA. She was articled to Dullah Omar where she engaged primarily in civil rights work. She was admitted as an attorney in 1982, and as a conveyancer in 1985. She is a Senior CCMA Commissioner and trainer, a panellist on the TOKISO dispute resolution panel and on numerous Bargaining Council panels. She joined Walkers as a director in September 2004 and continues her involvement in Labour Law and ADR whilst focusing on Property Law. Together with John Lee she assisted in the various sectional title schemes set up within the Cape Town CBD. Kamlesh is also a commercial mediator and has been accredited by CEDR (UK) and the ADR Group (UK).

Deon Malherbe |
Deon started his own firm in 1972. In 1980 he merged with Walkers. Deon has wide experience in Taxation, Insurance, Company Law and Project Development and is a Director of Overseas Container Leasing. He continues as a Consultant for the firm after his retirement in 2007.
